On-campus interview, mostly behavioral with one interview question. Good interview, but Microsoft definitely doesn't keep the difficulty consistent with their algorithm questions. I got a hard question while my friend got "reverse a string."

The interview was technical, with a senior developer. It covered the usual: about me and my experience, and about the role (Cortana). We then moved to technical questions on the board. She allowed me to email her things I didn't have time to answer
