Very good company, empathy culture.
No cons for it, MS.
Hats off
It was a fairly nice process. It involved a lot of DSA and project-related questions. The interviewers were very nice and experienced. The interview consisted of two DSA medium to hard level questions.
It was designed to test my analytical skills, my ability to write code, what I love the most about my job, why I chose this job, and why I want to work for the said company.
It was not that hard, but in the final round, the interviewer asked me to write pseudocode, which I was not that comfortable with. The question was hard to write the code for, since the pseudocode system is not consistent.
