Met with an engineer for a 45-minute phone screen. He asked me a linked list interview question that was a LeetCode-style question. I answered the question correctly, but then he made it harder and more complicated by adding additional constraints

The whole process felt rushed and mismanaged. After passing the online assignment, I was offered an onsite interview in Redmond 10 days later. I was not offered the option to reschedule, as the recruiter claimed it was the only hiring event for that

They contacted me via LinkedIn. I applied online and completed the OTS. Everyone was very gentle with me. They provided me with study material to prepare for the interview. This was a great opportunity.
