Fairly straightforward interview. This was the first time I interviewed with Microsoft, so I was star-struck by the Microsoft people. They have this air of superiority that just oozes from every word they speak.

They ask some questions about behavior, and then there are 15 minutes for technical questions. You can solve them, but if you don't use the best approach, you will not receive an offer.
