Microsoft visited our campus for on-campus interviews, based on resume shortlisting. During the resume exchange event, the interviewer asked about my resume and a challenging project I had worked on.

Very nice. The employer offered me water and other refreshments. I was not very prepared, but they focused more on my abilities and background/experience to judge my expertise in the topic.

Overall, it was very nice and fun. The Skype call took place in a very good and respectful atmosphere. I don't know if I received an offer. I need to wait a little longer.
