1 round of phone screen interview 4 rounds of onsite interviews Most of the interview questions are algorithm problems. There are also some resume questions, including previous projects and collaboration with the team, etc.

The process was honestly not bad. A little drawn out, and interviewers seemed a bit uninterested. Maybe that's just a result of the market right now. What am I supposed to write, an essay?

I contacted the recruiter through a career fair and was then sent through a technical interview process that included logic questions surrounding Microsoft products. A short behavioral interview followed directly after the technical interview.
