Phone interviewed with the hiring manager. Then, I got the invitation to an onsite interview on the next business day. I met three team leads and one organization manager. All interviewers were nice and willing to provide hints during the interview

I applied through my college career fair. I was flown out to the Redmond headquarters for a full day of interviews. After we got a campus tour, everyone was really helpful and the experience was great.

The interview focused on full-stack development. It started with coding questions, such as Word Search from LeetCode. Next, it moved into project discussions, some system design, and a few behavioral questions about teamwork and communication.
