Software Engineer
The interview process was fairly straightforward, with one phone screen interview. After clearing it, I had a day-long onsite interview. The phone screen lasted for about an hour.

The interview was easy. Most of the questions they asked were LeetCode easy. Unfortunately, I haven't been selected even after answering everything perfectly. I think they rejected me because of the ongoing visa issues.

I applied online, and the process took five weeks. The recruiter had a resume walkthrough, asked why Microsoft, and covered the usual topics. Then they sent a HackerRank OA with 3 to 4 questions in 90 minutes. I didn't find it too bad, to be honest.
