An on-campus interview with an engineer was followed by a flight into Redmond for two back-to-back technical interviews (though I was only considered for one team). Overall, the process was smooth and satisfactory.

It was nice. I was asked questions about my previous work experience and some problem-solving tasks. It happened online, so it was a bit stressful. It was not very long, I would say around half an hour, and there were two people interviewing me.

The initial call with the recruiter was brief. He simply asked about my experience. I told him about my past, which I felt was overqualified, but they turned me down without explanation. Pretty typical.
