Very neat university hiring. The process started with a university round, then an on-site round. The entire process took about 8 weeks. Keep your LinkedIn profile updated; recruiters search for candidates with a good profile.

It was simple and straightforward. It was a 3-hour virtual onsite composed of three different interviews with three different interviewers. Each interview included at least one LeetCode question, questions about background, and possibly a logic quest

An on-campus interview with an engineer was followed by a flight into Redmond for two back-to-back technical interviews (though I was only considered for one team). Overall, the process was smooth and satisfactory.
