Really good benefits and salary. It's a good name to have on a resume, as I've received way more interviews after working here.
Top-down management; it's increasingly difficult to get promoted now. I felt like I did not learn a lot as a junior SWE.

Software Engineer
The process was pretty standard. First round: An online coding challenge of 75 minutes. Second round: An onsite virtual interviews event with 4 interviews, 45 minutes each. (2 teams interviewed 2 rounds each).

Awesome experience. Two rounds of technical + behavioral interviews. Guests get to stay at a nice inn, and food is reimbursed. The offices are really nice, the people are welcoming, and always smiling.
