Great people, amazing team. You will get help when you ask for it. Lots of opportunities to learn. Lots of benefits and perks. The plus was really nice.
I was laid off after 11 months at Microsoft, along with 30 other people. I just woke up and lost my job in one day because of a business decision. I chose this career; it is what it is, and it comes with risk.
I hope they work more closely with engineers and would give advice and warnings if possible. I did not have any sign from my manager. There was nothing I or my manager could change to secure my job.
