I applied online. The process took two months. It was pretty slow, and there were a lot of interviews. In the end, the interviewers were good, but waiting between the interviews takes a lot of time. Go with a lot of time because you will need it.

Phone Interview: Interviewer was from the XBOX team and ran through my resume. Asked a couple of easy data structure questions: * Best data structure to use for a linked list. * Basic questions on my past experiences and projects.

I was asked a code quiz. I completed it quickly, and it wasn't too challenging. I passed that round. The next round was not a coding quiz. Instead, it was a real problem the interviewer said he is handling. That problem looked a bit strange to me.
