Motivational interview only. I was asked about why I wanted to be a SE, what I was currently doing, etc. I never heard back after that. I wonder why. The manager was great. His name was Joe. He had seven cats in his house.

The interview process was comprehensive and efficient. It consisted of: * Initial phone screening * Challenging technical interviews * A thorough behavioral interview Communication was prompt throughout the process. Overall, it was quite good.

The college hiring process was smooth and quick. I was interviewed by four people and had one tech screen. The interviewers were great and made me feel comfortable. It was a two-day campus hiring process.
