Work-life balance can be good if you put effort into keeping it.
Moral, budget, and yearly comp bonuses have been heavily cut.
Work can be very slow if not on a product team.
While work-life balance can be good, it seemed as though the culture/standard for many higher-level engineers was to work late nights to complete objectives, even those without deadlines.
