I really enjoyed the culture.
I can't think of anything.
A friend working at Microsoft as an intern asked me if I would be interested in an internship position, and I gave him my résumé. A few weeks later, I got an email from the university recruiter, and I scheduled a phone screen interview. Basically, I
3 rounds of coding, medium level and above. Better if bug-free. Any languages are okay. Lots of behavioral questions. 1 manager talking. 1 HR interview talking. No fresh topics, just so-so general questions.
It was a one-hour interview. Initially, we discussed my experience and projects, then a few behavioral questions, and a data structure coding question on the Codility platform. There were 3-4 technical interviews.
