Microsoft

I was asked about a former project and why I want to work at Microsoft. The interviewer was kind and asked about my studies and a riddle. The riddle was to divide a 40 kg rock into 4 pieces so that you could scale all weights between 1 and 40 kg.

Home assignment: 70 minutes, two tasks. Interviews: 3 interviews, technical questions. The third interview is with the manager of the team. Each interview is 75 minutes. The interviews are through Teams.

Good process, very nice people. They explained the differences in the process due to Corona. My interview was online because of Corona, and that was harder than onsite. Overall, it was a good experience.
