Applied with referral. Recruiter reached out for a phone screen. Completed the phone screen, then a digital onsite with two interviews. The onsite interviews had a combination of technical and personal questions. Positive experience.

It was smooth. They asked DSA and algo questions, as well as a few HR questions. The difficulty level was medium, probably because it was on-campus recruitment. They also asked about my projects and my previous volunteering gigs.

The process is very straightforward and organized. The final loop stages can take up to 4 hours, with up to 5 rounds of interviews, depending on the department. Afterwards, you receive a gift voucher for your time, regardless of the decision.
