Very efficient and easy. Great interview by Microsoft staff. They’re really the best at managing this process. I cannot say enough about Microsoft and how well they manage things through and through.

Had two preliminary technical written tests. The first was a multiple-choice test, fairly simple, based on data structures. The next was a programming test. I had to write two programs.

The person seemed rigid. After the introductions, he asked me for the reason for the change. Perhaps I said something I shouldn't have, because even after answering and implementing the code, I didn't get through.
