I had a phone call with someone from the Hardware Dev team. We talked about past projects and experiences. They ultimately needed someone with more experience, and since I'm still in school, I didn't get the position.

I applied online. The process took three months. The first part is a coding challenge with two easy or medium coding exercises. There are three live coding sessions, each lasting forty-five minutes. There are fifteen minutes of behavioral questions,

After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen, followed by an online coding test. This was for the job fair in July. The recruiter did not provide feedback for the online coding.
