The interview process begins with a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by an online assessment (OA). The final round consists of a 4-hour interview. Each interview slot is 45-60 minutes long, with approximately 15 minutes for breaks in between.

It took a very long time. I attended a career fair in September 2013 and had an on-campus interview in mid-October, but received no information until February 2014. The on-site interview took about 4 hours. One of the 10 people interviewed might be

Hard, not too easy. They gave plenty of time to solve the code, but I just wasn't too confident. In hindsight, I should have been better prepared. But I still would've screwed it up.
