Every intern is paired with a mentor and manager, who work closely to provide guidance on their projects.
There are dozens of events geared towards interns.
Projects may be a hit or a miss. Interns do not know which team they are working on until after they accept the offer, and it's possible to end up on a project or team that's not very engaging.
