Flexibility of hours and hybrid work are excellent. Excellent technology solutions. Very good culture, possibility of working abroad, for Latin America or even for other global teams.

Architects have to clock in at the company; they are not management positions. Depending on the team, the culture and clarity of objectives/impact assessment can be challenging, given that it is an old company that is still significantly rebuilding and modernizing its culture. This would be just a point of attention, I do not interpret this as an extremely negative point about the company.
