Still many opportunities here. You just need to be smart enough and networked well enough to realize and jump on them. It can be challenging given the scale of MSFT, though.
There is way too much bureaucracy here and way too many managers just looking at budgets rather than focusing on innovation. A better mix of both would help, but that has been a problem for years. This started when we began hiring management executives from companies which are doing nothing else than that.
