Tech Lead
Easy and straightforward. Not much to share. Straightforward questions were asked. However, the culture is average. Overall, it was a smooth conduct. I really enjoyed the process, but things can be improved.

Two rounds of long tech interviews and one manager round. It was very good. The interviewers were friendly, and the interviews really went well. The HR round was also good.

They didn't communicate to say yes or no after a year. I imagine it was a no, but I would have liked them to mention it. It's a nice gesture for the person, as they spent some of their time.
