The CEO has changed a lot for employee empathy. Since his tragic loss, he’s checked out as a cultural leader. Other SLTs are running the company into the ground, and the culture has become so toxic.

Advice to Management

Get empathy back for your front-line employees, and start rebuilding your culture!

Without a positive culture, your employees are dying.
