Advice to Management

A competitive salary should be provided. If the salary is not as per market standards, it should be raised. The irony is that there are sessions for well-being, but due to poor work-life balance, people are not able to attend them. This is a concerning part and needs to be worked upon. This is the impact that an employee wants from the company.
