Just go for it if you get a precious opportunity to work with such an organization.
Nothing much to say in cons. The joy of working with Microsoft overshadows the small cons. You get experience to work only on Microsoft technologies, and not outside it.

3 Rounds Total. First round OA. DSA hard to medium questions had dynamic programming. Second Round Interview online: Asked for introduction, 2 medium DSA questions. I could tell the algorithm for one but couldn't code it up, and I solved the other
