Pros: Great company overall, with opportunity to grow and work on unique projects.

Cons: Teams lack cohesion at times.

Pros: The job is well paid. Salaries are above the market.

Cons: Business leaders seem lost on what should be built next. Priorities change, and communication is poor. Deadlines change constantly, and very often, things have to be done yesterday. Due to this constant change, communication and a lack of transparency have always been a problem. Additionally, management sells the company internally as if there is no better place in the world to be, and as if there aren't problems. The words "awesome" and "incredible," continuously used to describe the company, are so overused by them that I don't know anymore what is really awesome. What is worse, this behavior really underestimates the problems at hand.

Cons: All the downsides of the fast-growing company. Not suitable for some people. No passive passengers are allowed :)
