I applied through Miro's careers page and was contacted by the recruiter. They introduced me to the interview process, asking about my previous experience and my reasons for applying to Miro. We also discussed salary expectations.

I found this initial meeting to be very pleasant and respectful; I felt well-prepared before starting the actual interview stages.

The recruiter meeting was followed by:

• A Front-End System Design Interview
• A Hiring Manager Interview
• A Team Interview

The whole process took me a month to complete. The recruiter consistently sent me Miro boards and additional documents for preparation, which I greatly appreciated.

What I appreciated most, and wish every other company would emulate, is that after each interview, the recruiter shared the feedback the interviewers left. This helped me evaluate my own performance and prepare for upcoming interviews.

I feel the interview process was designed really well, testing both my technical and soft skills. Be prepared to solve algorithmic tasks (Medium LeetCode), dive deep into Systems Architecture (concentrated on front-end systems), and answer behavioral/leadership questions (Conflict Resolution, Prior Experience).
