Overall, the entire procedure was very clear, and the recruiter was supportive. Every interview had a good setup, and I felt comfortable.
In the end, I received notification that I would get an offer and was informed of its details. The only downside was that the process took 1.5 months.
However, this is where everything went wrong.
The recruiter disappeared for two weeks and then called with bad news: the role had been put on hold, and they were no longer hiring for it. They mentioned there were two other roles on other teams and that I would have one more interview with those teams. I thought it would be a formal interview, but the teams stated I didn't pass technically, which seemed ridiculous given I had already passed two other technical interviews.
The recruiter told me I would be a priority as soon as other roles became available. So far, more than ten roles have appeared, and no one has reached out to me. I tried to apply again and also wrote to the recruiter twice, but nothing has happened.
Essentially, this company is in complete chaos, and if you don't want to waste your time, just avoid it.
The system design interview is the most important. Be prepared.
