- Soft skills (quite harsh questions, actually, but it was interesting for me)

Pros: Pay is on average better than most companies.
Cons: The company's structure is extremely disorganized. Stuff keeps changing by the week. You need to really dedicate time to keep up with all the different changes all the time.
