The project is great, and the product opportunities are inspiring and motivating. The culture is not just a word; the whole PeopleOps team works hard on making it top-notch. We use our established values everywhere: hiring, making product decisions, and in the engineering part. It's truly a projection of how we work, and we constantly evolve them.
Compensation is also quite competitive and adequate.
So, I'd recommend everybody checking Miro out as a place to apply their skills and gain more experience.
It's not really a con, but something worth considering. The company is in a hyper-growth stage, thus there are some challenges with processes, planning, and staffing. Some things are yet to be settled and established.
