A fun company to work for with a bright future ahead.
Miro is a fun and supportive work environment. Not very corporate compared to my prior FAANG experience. The product is exciting and useful. Customers mostly love it, which is very energizing. The salary in Berlin is competitive, and the offices in a coworking space, where we rent an entire floor, are quite nice. There are a lot of perks, for example, a very generous pension/insurance plan.
Some of our infrastructure is struggling to keep up with the rapid growth of the developer population.
Keep focusing on making a product customers love. Let's double down on fighting technical debt and improve the developer infrastructure.
