Lunches, decent compensation on the NL level.
With a lot of bureaucracy, it takes months to get something done. Production support is exhaustive. There are no salary improvements and rare internal promotions. A lot of micromanagement exists; your manager says to do it "this way" but at the same time is not following his own words. Since the last layoffs, there have been no cultural events, as we are now a cash machine company.
