- inaccurate planning of tasks, high surprise factor
- problems-problems-problems every day
- too many layoffs, high rate of churn and burn-outs
- long term initiatives and bonuses in the form of stock are worthless
Accept the fact that the golden ages are over, rework pricing model Asses every employee equally and fairly (including those russians who may be your old friends). Make HR listen too, and not only to speak. Consider them as humans not as resource.
