I applied through a recruiter.

The role was located in Paris. Here are the steps I went through:

• Recruiter reached out
• Recruiter call
• Live coding (Python, not LeetCode-style but involves choosing a suitable data structure)
• System design (LLM-related system, but not focused on the inference part)
• Hiring manager: project presentation (high-throughput system)

All the interviewers were kind and helpful. Scheduling the interviews is very convenient (you pick a time slot and get an interviewer immediately).

Rejected at HM round for lack of experience on high-throughput systems, even though it should have been clear earlier on from resume that I am more of a Python lib and scientific computations engineer. Very nice experience overall nonetheless.
