I applied online. The process took four weeks.
The interview had four rounds:
- HR Screening: Basic questions related to the profile like Iceberg vs Delta.
- Python Coding Interview: TicTacToe with time and space complexity.
- Pyspark and SQL round: LeetCode Medium to Hard.
- System Design Round.
Questions
- Python Coding Interview: TicTacToe with time and space complexity.
- PySpark and SQL round: a LeetCode medium to hard problem, which was the Balance Sheet Balance Amount Problem, and window LEAD and LAG functions.
- System Design Round: design a system with a real-time and static source having peak streaming traffic, and OLAP data modelling. I failed this round.

They offer:
* Bootcamps
* Buddy Systems
* Ample Ramp Time
* On-demand training courses
And above all, a highly collaborative and encouraging group of people.
Cons: Lack of 401k matching, but the ESPP program is arguably better, in my opinion.

Strong culture and technical opportunities

Pros: There are lots of fun technical growth opportunities in both new and existing products.
The culture is very informal, in a good way. Managers are willing to give a lot of responsibility regardless of your level, and people are generally willing to collaborate and help out whenever necessary.
The company adapted well to the pandemic, and the culture of hybrid/remote work is solid.
Cons: The company has grown rapidly over the last few years, which has come with lots of process additions and changes.

Chill teammates.
My product is growing fast, so it's exciting to be on it.
Lots of focus on code quality, so I have learned a ton about good code practices.
Cons: Low initial TC, but stock growth made up for it.
Not as many benefits as other companies.
Career progression seems slow due to the complicated nature of the projects we work on.
