Pros: I love the culture at MongoDB.
Engineers, managers, and VPs are talented. WLB is good. It's a great place for career growth.
Cons: No 401K match. Health insurance is not that good.

Great Work-Life Balance & Good Pay

Pros: Pay is on par with industry, not nearly as high as the FAANG companies but I'd say probably one step down. Coworkers are intelligent but also very friendly and personable. It's not a bunch of genius/jerks. They seem to be fairly resilient to the current economic downturn; I have yet to hear of any layoffs.
Cons: No 401k matching or bonus.
Career growth options are not nearly what they'd be at a larger company; however, I've seen this improve during my time at the company.

Pros: - Good compensation.
- Great work-life balance.
- Environment can be as challenging as you want it to be.
Cons: - No 401K. MongoDB does not go above and beyond for benefits, which I feel is okay in this economic environment.
