Process
I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. It then took weeks of back and forth to schedule the first round phone call, followed by another few weeks of waiting to receive an email scheduling the first phone tech interview.
The interview question was super easy. However, after the interview, I never received any response.
I had already received two offers from other companies, so I decided to move on.

- 5.0So far so good!Software Engineer • Current EmployeeJanuary 25, 2023Pros: All of my managers have been great, empathetic, and very technical. I have a lot of faith in the entire leadership chain, from me to the CTO. I think the C-suite makes responsible decisions. I think there's a lot of transparency with us. My work here as a SWE is very interesting, with some very unique problems. Very few engineers get to use as much from their computer science degrees as we do here.Cons: I would like even more food in the office.

Great leadership with good direction and good planning.Cons: I tend to work more than 40 hours a week. This is by choice because I love what I do so much, but it's still a burden sometimes.
