Met a recruiter at my university campus.
Initial non-technical phone screening with the recruiter.
Short 45-minute Skype technical interview with two relatively simple questions.
On-site technical interview of about three hours, including lunch with new graduates and four technical screenings, each on a varied topic. The interviewers were friendly and encouraging for the most part.
