Process
Had a phone screen with a recruiter, which included behavioral and slightly technical questions.
Then, I had a technical phone screen with an engineer.
Lastly, I had an "onsite" interview (conducted over video due to deadlines) where I completed four technical interviews back to back.

Pros: MongoDB provides ample opportunities to grow and shape your career the way you want.
Since day one, I've been given all the support I could have asked for.
My success story is a great example of the culture MongoDB imbibes.
I started as a Data Governance Associate, explored a different trajectory, and was encouraged to proceed. Now, within a year, I am leading a team of three and have developed a whole new dimension of process automation within Data Governance.
Cons: Can't think of any at the moment. The organization is growing each day, and I think we would know better with time.

Pros: Brilliant and amazing peers who are always ready to help.
A real collaborative environment that fosters a desire to push boundaries.
Interesting and complex problems to tackle.
Ownership of your work and a platform to voice opinions/ideas no matter your level.
Excellent work-life balance and working conditions.
Cons: MongoDB doesn't provide a 401k match, which is a bit of a bummer. However, all the other benefits are good enough to sort of make up for it.
