I met the recruiter before, so I knew the person I was speaking to.
Then I passed to the technical interview, which was basically a DFS question.
If you prepare enough with LeetCode, there's no need to panic.

Pros: - Friendly, open work environment (almost everyone is willing to help you out if you have any questions or are stuck).
- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

Pros: Great leadership at all levels, from Dev (CEO) to my direct lead.
Cons: As the company has grown (rapidly!), there have been some adjustments and growing pains as various departments become more process-focused.
That being said, it's less of a deal than I've seen in my 20+ years in the industry.
