The recruiter didn't seem very engaged.
Apparently, after the phone interview, they send your resume to an engineer, who then determines if they want to move forward.

Pros: - Friendly, open work environment (almost everyone is willing to help you out if you have any questions or are stuck).
- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

Pros: - Good tech stack and ample opportunities to learn new things.
- Awesome culture and work-life balance.
- No micromanagement and trust in people for their work.
Cons: Not great help with work-related travel, VISA, etc.

Pros: - Building a product for engineers.
- Highly technical managers and being surrounded by smart people.
- Great engineering culture, putting emphasis on quality, collaboration, intellectual honesty, and ongoing improvement.
Cons: No significant downsides; it's really a great place to be.
The lead role is quite demanding.
