- Good work-life balance.
- As an intern, your mentors want you to succeed.
- Fellow interns and co-workers are great, and it feels like a small community.

- Hard problems to solve and make an impact.
- Transparency to a good extent with executives.
- Lots of smart folks.
Cons: 30-day limit per year on working out of country, as opposed to 90 days in most companies.

Pros: Great people who are passionate about what they do.
Great technology which makes work exciting.
Great leadership with good direction and good planning.
Cons: I tend to work more than 40 hours a week. This is by choice because I love what I do so much, but it's still a burden sometimes.
