Pros: Autonomy: Maybe I lucked out with my managers/team, but I have an incredible structure that allows me to pursue projects in a way I feel is most optimal. I can prioritize as I feel needed (with a degree of constraint).
Mastery: Learning and personal development is prioritized above everything. We have an entire day dedicated to education where no meetings are allowed to take place.
Purpose: #1 NoSQL database out there, and we truly see the difference post-MongoDB implementation makes in developers' release cycles, productivity, etc. It's remarkable that this technology is making such a huge impact across every industry.
Cons: None at this time, really.
