Had two phone screens:
- One with a would-be peer.
- One with a senior technical member of staff.
Then, I came in to meet the VP of Engineering and CTO.
After that, I met with the CEO and VP of Sales.
I also had a Skype interview along the way with another senior engineer.

Pros: I've been in IT for 3 decades and have done everything from developer, business owner, director, consultant, and solutions engineer/architect. I've seen many organizations operate, but I have never seen an organization operating with such efficiency and structure. Everyone is responsible and owns what they do. There are no excuses and delays like I've seen from other organizations. It's almost an ideal company to work for. I feel blessed to be working for MongoDB along with highly technical and intelligent people.
Cons: Plenty of work, but that is not even a negative in my book. I'm just letting people know that there is plenty of work, and this is not a place to do 9 to 5. :-)

Pros: MongoDB goes above and beyond towards investing in their employees.
They offer:
* Bootcamps
* Buddy Systems
* Ample Ramp Time
* On-demand training courses
And above all, a highly collaborative and encouraging group of people.
Cons: Lack of 401k matching, but the ESPP program is arguably better, in my opinion.
