Pros: MongoDB goes above and beyond towards investing in their employees.
They offer:
* Bootcamps
* Buddy Systems
* Ample Ramp Time
* On-demand training courses
And above all, a highly collaborative and encouraging group of people.
Cons: Lack of 401k matching, but the ESPP program is arguably better, in my opinion.

Pros: A great product that's loved by developers. Great salary if you have the right manager who believes in you.
Cons: A bit of a toxic environment within the sales leadership.
