Process
Round 1: Recruiter
Round 2: Hiring Manager
Round 3: Technical Challenge
Round 4: 90 Minute "SA Challenge"
I believe I skipped a few rounds between the technical challenge and the 90-minute presentation. It was pretty tedious, as I spent lots of time (~15-20 hours total) preparing for the final presentation.

Exciting Culture, Low Pay

Pros: Great work culture to work in. It's an exciting time.
Cons: Low pay scales and new practice.

Senior Solutions Architect
Solutions Architect • Former Employee
April 24, 2017
Pros: Good money, but there is a price you pay for it.
Cons: Management was subpar. They promote from within, and the people who are promoted are not qualified. When I interviewed people, I was told to be hard on them and not really gauge how good of an architect they would be. After that, I realized that I needed to leave.
Sales teams are like used car salesmen. Slimy as you can get. The company loves the slimy staff. I had to get out of the slime to a place that would succeed in the long run.
I was able to get out after two years. The turnover rate is sky-high. Don't believe them when they say the turnover is low. They are lying to you.
The executives are micromanagers – no real leaders in the company.
