It was about a 1-hour technical interview. It began with questions about databases, in general. About halfway through the interview, we began a more technical coding exercise. At the end, the interviewer left time for questions.

Pros: The balance is pretty good here. People are mindful of your mental health, and the time off/benefits are pretty good.
Cons: Not sure what to say, really. It definitely feels a little "corporate" now, but that's not really a dig at anything in particular.

4. Treat as a family.
Cons: As a fresher, it would take time to adjust to the corporate world and take a toll on work-life balance. However, help and support from the team would make it easier.
